Cazenove Capital Acquires Private Client Rival – Report
London-based private wealth and investment manager Cazenove Capital Management has bought its private client competitor Thornhill for an undisclosed sum, according to the Financial Times.
Cazenove Capital Management demerged from the Cazenove group when the latter undertook a joint venture with JP Morgan in UK investment banking in 2005.
