UBS Adds To UK Philanthropy Offerings

UBS Wealth Management UK has is rolling out what it says are two new philanthropy initiatives set up in response to client developments, highlighting how private banks are continuing to create offerings in this space.

UBS Wealth Management UK has is rolling out what it says are two new philanthropy initiatives set up in response to client developments, highlighting how private banks are continuing to create offerings in this space.

The Swiss bank is adding the UBS UK Donor-Advised Foundation, or DAF and UBS Optimus Foundation UK (Optimus) services to its existing range. (To view an article about the Optimus Foundation's recent actions, see here; to see an interview with here.)

The UBS UK Donor-Advised Foundation is a UK charity enabling clients to set up a charitable account and then put money into UK registered charities. The UBS Optimus Foundation UK works with children, with a focus on protection, education and health. This foundation has been in operation for more than 14 years in Switzerland.
