Pictet Asset Management Adds To Investment Strategy Team

Pictet Asset Management, part of Swiss private bank Pictet, has appointed former senior Credit Suisse manager Luca Paolini as chief strategist. He is based in London.

At Credit Suisse, Paolini was a director in the global equity strategy team. Previously, he held positions at AllianzDresdner Asset Management and Union Investment in Germany.

Paolini will report to Oliver Ginguené, head of asset allocation and quantitative investments.

At end-December last year, Pictet Asset Management managed £78.3 billion ($126 billion) in assets.
