PricewaterhouseCoopers has appointed Lisa Pavelka McAlister as managing director of the US Capital Markets and Accounting Advisory Services group.

McAlister previously served as senior vice president, chief operating officer and chief financial officer at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Prior to that, she held senior financial roles with Kohlberg Kravis Roberts and several publicly-held and venture-backed firms in various industries. 

In her new role at PwC, Pavelka McAlister will manage the firm's services to private equity and alternative investment companies. The CMAAS group is a division of the Transaction Services practice and provides assistance to companies with regard to IPOs, private placements, securitizations and financial leasing.
