Funds, Corporate Services Tech Firm Opens Luxembourg Office

The firm is a technology provider for the corporate services, trust and alternative fund administration markets.
TrustQuay, a technology provider for the corporate services, trust and alternative fund administration markets, yesterday said that it is opening an office in Luxembourg, adding to eight other offices worldwide.
The office is situated in the Luxembourg House of Financial Technology, the firm said in a statement.
The business offers corporate services, trust and fund administrators, a complete front, middle and back-office digital platform, including client administration, accounting functionality, flexible entity management, regulatory compliance, practice management and digital portal capabilities.
Other offices, which are in centres including Jersey, Guernsey, the UK, Singapore and Australia, serve more than 460 customers and 17,500 users in more than 30 jurisdictions.
The firm is also investing in its local team with Keith Hale, executive chairman of TrustQuay, who was formerly CEO of Multifonds in Luxembourg. He is joined by Birgit De Prins who was previously with FundRock, Bank of America Merrill Lynch and BNY Mellon.
