UK wealth management giant Brewin Dolphin has hired Donald Tosh as divisional director for its Glasgow office.

UK wealth management giant Brewin Dolphin has hired Donald Tosh as divisional director for its Glasgow office.

He arrives from Speirs & Jeffrey, where he worked for 12 years until 2014.

“We are thrilled to welcome Donald to Brewin Dolphin. He brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise which will complement our existing teams.  This development is very much part of our commitment to expand our range of investment management services for our increasingly diverse client base,” said Stephen Martin, head of Brewin Dolphin in Glasgow.

He will work alongside Scott Allan and Craig Forbes who joined the company in November 2013 and March 2014 respectively from Barclays and Alan Riddell who joined from Speirs & Jeffrey in 2012.

The Glasgow office has more than 40 members of staff in the investment management division.

The Brewin Dolphin Group manages £28 billion ($45 billion) of funds for over 130,000 private clients.
