UK-based asset manager Cazenove Capital has appointed James Gladstone - latterly of UBS Wealth Management - as director of financial planning.

Gladstone, who reports to head of financial planning David Austin, joins from UBS, where he was previously head of UK financial planning and an executive director. 

Prior to UBS, Gladstone worked at Rathbones and AXA Life; he is a chartered financial planner and has over 10 years of industry experience.

The firm also hired Carter Holloran as a high yield credit analyst in November last year.
