New Middle East MD For Morgan Stanley Private Wealth
Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management has named
Gabriel Aractingi as managing director and head of
sales for the Middle East.
Aractingi joins the firm from Lombard Odier, where he was
executive vice president and head of the Middle East. Based in
Dubai, he will lead Morgan Stanley's private banking business in
the region and will manage a team of investment advisors across
Dubai, Geneva, London and Riyadh. He reports directly to
Ausaf Abbas, the head of sales and marketing, PWM EMEA
and to
Habib Achkar, the regional manager for the MENA region.
"This appointment further demonstrates Morgan Stanley's
commitment to the MENA region. Gabriel's regional knowledge and
expertise will not only help our PWM business to grow, but will
be valuable in broadening and deepening relationships and
developing business opportunities for other divisions of the
firm, as well," said Achkar in a statement.
Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management provides a range of
investment and private banking services to ultra-high net worth
individuals, families and related institutions in the United
States, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
