As more wealth managers turn to technological offerings to improve their onboarding processes, independent private asset management partnership James Hambro & Partners has picked Wealth Dynamix’s CRM technology to further its infrastructure.

Wealth Dynamix’s offering, WDX, will provide James Hambro & Partners with a comprehensive client management system for automating client onboarding, client suitability and regulatory processes. As well as this, it will give client managers the technology for oversight, control and communication with their clients and deliver the necessary infrastructure for future growth.

“WDX provided an ideal solution and will be key in supporting us as we continue to grow our business within the evolving regulatory framework of the UK financial services industry,” Andy Steel, chief executive of James Hambro & Partners, said.

As well as for furthering the firm’s processes, James Hambro & Partners will be able to use WDX’s client suitability and document management features to ensure that the firm remains rigorously in line with the FCA guidelines for client management.

Already using technologies from Pulse Software Systems, James Hambro & Partners will integrate this with WDX for a complete platform for client and investment management.

"More and more of the UK’s top tier wealth managers are investing in WDX to help them onboard new clients and manage their existing relationships in a controlled, compliant and cost effective manner,” Gary Linieres, chief executive of Wealth Dynamix, said.
