New York Advisory Firm Relocates Managing Director To Hong Kong
Alvarez & Marsal, the US professional services firm that specialises in business advisory and turnaround management for sectors including financial services, has relocated its New York-based executive to lead the Hong Kong office.
Jacques Roizen, managing director, moves to Hong Kong to join the Asia team, bringing with him almost a decade of experience working with global clients for Alvarez & Marsal.
During his 10 years with the New York branch, Roizen founded and co-headed the revenue enhancement practice, which he later helped establish in Europe. He is also credited for strengthening a number of brands while serving clients in advisory and interim management roles.
A&M has been operating in Asia since 2003 through offices in Beijing, Hong Kong, Mumbai and Shanghai. Over the past 12 months, the firm has been bolstering its presence in the region, specifically with the opening of the Beijing branch in November 2011 and the appointment of James Dubow as managing director in March 2012.
