Brown Shipley has appointed three new fund managers to its private banking team. The three will be involved in running the bank’s Solus funds and report to Michael Clarkson, head of the funds unit.

They are Richard Burns, who joins from Watson Wyatt where he was an investment consultant; David Chitokomere, who previously worked as an economist for the National Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe; and Jamie Ward, who joins from university.
