Citi Private Bank has appointed Tracey Warson as a managing director and wet coast regional executive in the US, to be based in San Francisco. She takes up her post in February and will report to Peter Charrington, the private bank’s chief executive in North America.

Ms Warson joins from US Trust, Bank of America Private Wealth Management where she was western division executive leading offices across California, Arizona, Nevada, Oregon and Washington. Previously, she spent more than 18 years with Wells Fargo.

"I'm confident that with Tracey leading our West Coast business, we will attract some of the finest talent throughout the region and that she and her team will expand our business exponentially,” Mr Charrington said in a statement.
