Cazenove Capital Management, the London-based asset manager, has appointed Louis Greening as a desk-based UK advisory sales consultant.

Mr Greening joins Cazenove’s advisory sales team from Skandia, where he worked for two years in the London-based sales team. In his new role he will be responsible for building new relationships, while also supporting and working with intermediaries with which Cazenove Capital has existing links, the firm said in a statement.

“Cazenove Capital is seeing strong inflows across its fund range. Intermediaries recognise the competitive performance record of our fund managers and our funds are becoming an integral part of financial planning. We are pleased to welcome Louis into the team to enhance the service to advisors and we expect to increase this resource further,” said Robert Thorpe, director of UK advisory sales.

Earlier this week Cazenove appointed Simon Cooper as head of business development for its private wealth management division. Having previously been head of the UK intermediaries sales team at Rathbone Investment Management, Mr Cooper will now focus on business development and managing Cazenove's relationships with existing self-invested personal pension (SIPP) providers and independent financial advisors with regards discretionary fund management.
