The business has agreed terms to move to a new, nearby set of offices that it says comply with net zero carbon emission targets, and other sustainability goals.

Evelyn Partners, the UK wealth management and professional services group, has agreed terms to relocate its Bristol office next door to new premises at CEG’s EQ development at 111 Victoria Street.

The EQ building is Bristol’s first new office development to deliver net zero carbon in operation in accordance with the UKGBC framework, the firm said in  a statement. 

The new offices provide working accommodation for the firm’s 250-strong team based in the city. They also have space for further growth, Evelyn Partners said.

The firm is currently located at nearby Portwall Place. The Bristol team supports clients’ personal financial affairs and business interests, including tax advice, assurance and accounting, financial planning, and investment management.
