The firm has just over £40 billion ($51.1 billion) in assets under management.

Cazenove Capital has appointed Mary-Anne Daly as its UK chief executive.

Daly will succeed Andrew Ross, who became global head of wealth management for Schroders earlier this year, the firm said in a statement.

She joined Cazenove from Baring Asset Management, where she served as head of private client service.

“Mary-Anne and I joined Cazenove Capital in 2001 when assets under management were £10 billion ($12.8 billion), and today they are just over £40 billion globally,” said Ross. “During this time we have seen significant change, in particular the coming together of Schroders and Cazenove Capital’s wealth businesses and the successful integration of C.Hoare & Co.’s wealth management team. I am confident that our UK business will continue to thrive under Mary-Anne’s leadership.”

This publication reported in February 2017 that C.Hoare & Co transferred its wealth management business to Cazenove Capital
