Italy's Banca Albertini Syz, part of the Swiss private banking group Banque Syz, has chosen to implement Live Desk for the management of its private banking clients.

Live Desk, the front-end private banking software from wealth management technology firm Podient, aims to support private wealth professionals through a single interface which integrates multiple applications in use at the bank.

"When you deal with the client you need to have all the relevant information with the highest level of immediacy and accuracy. Live Desk, integrating data and information from different sources, is an efficient solution to this need,” said Alberto Albertini, chief executive of Banca Albertini Syz.

The version of Live Desk chosen by Albertini Syz includes customer lists and automatic tracking of contact history, among other things.
