Williams Joins Citi Private Bank

Daniel Williams has joined Citi Private Bank as managing director and ultra high net worth private banker, based in Manhattan.

The hire is the latest in a series of moves around the country as Citi continues to expand under chief executive Peter Charrington.

Williams reports to Leslie Bains, interim regional executive for the Metro New York area.

He previously worked at US Trust, Bank of America Private Wealth Management, where he was managing director and private client advisor in New York.

Prior to joining US Trust, Williams was a fixed income client portfolio manager with JP Morgan Fleming Asset Management, focused on institutional clients, including pension funds and endowments.

He also spent several years as an investment banker focused on the luxury, retail and apparel sectors at both UBS Warburg and PaineWebber.
