Geneva-based Banque SCS Alliance has chosen ERI’s Olympic Banking System as its main information system as its pursues its growth strategy both domestically and internationally.

Banque SCS Alliance said it wanted to move away from outsourcing its back-office functions and the management of its information system in order to regain control of its operations, and the Olympic software met the bank’s requirements in terms of both functionality and technology.

Banque SCS Alliance joins around 300 banks and financial institutions in 50 countries which already use the Olympic Banking System.

In other sign-ups, at the start of this year the Singaporean unit of Indian bank Axis went live with the Olympic Banking System to support its wealth management and private banking offering for non-resident Indians and other clients in Singapore and Dubai.
