International Multi-Family Office Names Veteran Investment Figure As CIO

The MFO has offices in Dubai in Singapore. The new CIO has worked at a range of banks.

Namara Wealth Advisors, a multi-family office located in Dubai and Singapore, has appointed Gary Dugan as chief investment officer, the latest role for a man who has held senior investment positions at JP Morgan, Merrill Lynch, Barclays and Coutts.

Dugan is based in the Dubai International Financial Centre. 

Among his previous roles, he has been a chief investment officer at Emirates NBD and National Bank of Dubai. This publication named Dugan “Leading GCC Private Banker” in 2015. 

Dugan will be responsible for the investment proposition of Namara Wealth Advisors as well as providing advice and guidance to clients on the management of their wealth.
