Gary Telford has been appointed as tax partner at the Birmingham office of accountants PricewaterhouseCoopers where he will head up the firm's 80-strong entrepreneur and private client practice. PwC’s UK Midlands division has appointed eight new partners, the same number as last year. The firm said it reflected its continued strong performance and commitment to the region.
