Brooks Macdonald Asset Management has appointed Keith Scott as business development manager.

Scott joins the new business development team and will be responsible for developing professional advisor and intermediary relationships in the Midlands region, the firm said in a statement.

He joins from Blackfinch Investments, where he was business development manager, and he has worked for a number of organisations including Bright Grey (part of Royal London Group) and Investec Wealth & Investment.

“Keith is a great addition to the company. His experience will strengthen our ability to provide a high level of service to professional advisers. I am confident that Keith will make a big impact as part of the Leamington Spa team, and with his help I look forward to further increasing our presence amongst advisers in the Midlands region,” said Andrew Shepherd, joint managing director.
