Who's Moving Where In Wealth Management? – Riskalyze

The latest wealth management moves and appointments in North America.
Riskalyze
Riskalyze, a wealth
management platform for financial advisors, has appointed three
new executive leaders: Craig Clark as first chief marketing
officer, Josh Gray as chief technology officer and Justin
Boatman as chief product officer.
The new appointments come on the heels of an investment by Hg
Capital, a global investor in software and
services, which partnered with the company’s management team
to recapitalize the firm last fall, California-based Riskalyze
said in a statement. It enables Riskalyze to accelerate its
investment in serving advisors and wealth management enterprises
with risk, portfolio analytics, proposal, trading and compliance
solutions.
Welcoming the move, Aaron Klein, founder and CEO at Riskalyze,
said: “With our recent recapitalization by Hg, the launch of
Command Center, and our expanded leadership team, you can feel an
incredible sense of enthusiasm and excitement about our momentum
for advisors and enterprises.”
In his role as CMO, Clark will lead the team responsible for
marketing activities while also developing the firm’s brand
positioning and strategic value to the marketplace, the firm
added. Prior to joining Riskalyze, Clark was the CMO of PDFTron
Systems Inc, which was acquired by Thoma Bravo.
As Riskalyze’s CTO, Gray will focus on technology, shipping
high-quality products with a high level of velocity, security and
reliability. Before coming to Riskalyze, Gray was CTO at Apex
Clearing, the firm added.
Boatman, who has spent nearly seven years at the intersection of
“product meets market” for Riskalyze, will assume the
newly-created role of chief product officer with a mandate to
innovate and execute on the company’s product vision, the firm
said. They will also be at the upcoming Fearless Investing Summit
from October 19 to October 21 in Salt Lake City.
