Who's Moving Where In Wealth Management? Plurimi

The latest moves in wealth management across the UK, Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Plurimi Group

David Haythe, the former head of private wealth management EMEA at Morgan Stanley, will join Plurimi as a senior advisor to develop growth strategy and enhance internal corporate governance, the firm reported yesterday.

Earlier this year, hedge fund manager Toscafund Asset Management took a significant minority stake in the London-based boutique firm, which was established in 2008 and runs a platform giving private banking clients access to a number of third-party products.

Plurimi said it was building on a decade of entrepreneurial solutions-based support for clients and expects to expand the model by recruiting seasoned bankers and operating in new jurisdictions.

Haythe has over 40 years’ experience in the financial industry and played an important role in building Morgan Stanley’s institutional and wealth offering in Europe.

Plurimi’s deputy CEO Fahad Khan, who spent several years with Haythe at Morgan Stanley, said he brings vast experience and “understands how firms need to position themselves for the future in order to best serve clients.”

He added that the team would particularly gain from Haythe’s experience across “several growth areas including continuous improvement of our platform, recruitment and assisting with the diligence around potential acquisitions.”
