Offshore Law Firm Makes Raft Of Promotions

The international law firm that specialises in offshore work has made a round of promotions in its corporate and litigation services.

Offshore law firm Carey Olsen has promoted seven senior lawyers among its corporate and litigation teams across Guernsey, Jersey and the British Virgin Islands.

Fiona Dalton, a corporate lawyer based in Jersey, and Richard Field, a litigation lawyer based in Guernsey, have been promoted to counsel.

Dalton principally practices in advising financial institutions and corporate borrowers in relation to high profile real estate. Field specialises in corporate and commercial litigation including banking, investment and funds litigation.

Also based in Jersey, fund specialist Lauren Fletcher and litigation specialist Louise Woolrich have been promoted to senior associates.

In the firm’s Guernsey office, corporate lawyers Gemma Campbell and Alex Mauger are promoted to senior associates.

As for the office in the British Virgin Islands, Sharon Mungall has been promoted to senior associate.

The offshore law firm employs 330 people and has more than 200 lawyers working across its jurisdictions, which also include the Cayman Islands, Cape Town and London.
