TIME Investments
TIME
Investments, which specialises in income-producing funds
investing in real assets along with tax-efficient investments,
has hired Madeleine Ingram as head of strategic partnerships.
Ingram (pictured), who has almost 20 years of investment experience, previously worked at private equity fund manager, Calculus Capital, where she was a director and a member of the executive committee, responsible for fundraising, investor relations and marketing activities within the firm.
In her new role, Ingram will be responsible for TIME’s relationships with its strategic wealth management partners, establishing new distribution channels for its products and supporting the growth of the business.

Mourant
Mourant, an
international professional services and law firm, has
strengthened its Cayman Islands Corporate practice,
appointing new partner, Tom McLaughlin (pictured below).
Tom McLaughlin
Previously, McLaughlin worked at Dentons New Zealand where he was a partner in the banking and financial Markets team. Prior to that, he was a member of another offshore professional services firm's multi-disciplinary private equity team, and before that he worked in Willkie Farr & Gallagher's New York office.
McLaughlin has experience advising on a wide range of corporate matters, including IPOs, secondary offerings, investment fund launches and downstream transactions, de-SPAC business combinations, platform roll-ups, private and public company M&A transactions, early-stage capital raisings, debt issues, corporate governance matters, joint venture arrangements, shareholder matters, and corporate restructuring.
McLaughlin's appointment is the latest significant hire for Mourant. Former Kirkland & Ellis partner, Brad Hillson, was appointed global head of private capital in May, with “distinguished Guernsey litigator,” John Greenfield, joining in July, the firm added.
