The UK-based wealth advisory firm has made its second senior hire in two weeks.

[tagRiverPeak Wealth">RiverPeak Wealth has appointed Shauna Bevan to the new role of head of investment advisory and as a senior member of its investment committee.

Bevan joins the London team from UK wealth manager Charles Stanley, where she was lead manager in the collectives portfolio service, co-head of fund research and also a member of the investment strategy committee. Before Charles Stanley, which she joined in 2003, she worked for Merrill Lynch Investment Managers, as well as Merrill’s private client group.

“Her near unrivalled experience in the fund universe, her deep analytical skills and thoughtful, considered approach to investment management will be invaluable to us,” said Nick Parker, RiverPeak Wealth’s managing director.

Launched in December 2013, RiverPeak Wealth provides portfolio management, investment analysis, consultancy, pension and financial planning advice.

Last week, RiverPeak hired Ben Elwes as a senior consultant to develop its recently launched private investment consultancy service.
