Despite this, however, many investor relations officers (IROs) in the wealth management and private banking space have yet to fully embrace the capabilities of AI. Recent research by the National Investor Relations Institute shows that while IROs acknowledge the potential impact of AI on the IR profession, many are not taking full advantage of AI-powered technologies to streamline their work.

As the financial world continues to evolve, the adoption of AI presents a unique opportunity for IROs to enhance their skills and improve the accuracy and efficiency of their work.
