BNP Paribas Wealth Management Names Luxembourg, International Markets' Head

The role covers the following markets: Germany, Luxembourg, the Middle East, Monaco, the Netherlands, Spain and Switzerland.
BNP
Paribas Wealth Management has appointed Christian Gibot as
chief executive of its Luxembourg and international markets,
subject to the approval of national and European regulatory
authorities.
Luxembourg-based Gibot will be responsible for all international
market sites: Germany, Luxembourg, the Middle East, Monaco, the
Netherlands, Spain and Switzerland.
Most recently, Gibot was CEO of Cardif Lux Vie in Luxembourg. He
joined the BNP Paribas Group in 2015 as head of actuarial savings
and ALM for BNP Paribas Cardif. He has gained extensive
financial experience in the areas of investment management and
savings with a variety of international institutions. Gibot has
an MSc in applied mathematics and economics from Ecole
Polytechnique and an executive MBA from Université Paris
Dauphine.
