, a global professional services provider, has appointed Cameron Senior as regional head of its Crown Dependencies business, following a planned succession process.

Since joining ZEDRA in January 2026 as deputy regional head for the region (as reported here), Cameron has demonstrated clear leadership and strategic focus, playing a key role in driving collaboration, transformation and delivery across the region, the firm said in a statement. With over 25 years of experience in international banking and financial services across a wide range of jurisdictions including Australia, the UK, Hong Kong, Singapore and Jersey, Cameron brings a wealth of expertise and global perspective to ZEDRA’s executive leadership team.

“There is a real opportunity to continue driving growth and transformation in the region, working alongside our talented teams to deliver for our clients and support their ambitions.” Senior said.

Following his tenure leading the Crown Dependencies business, Steven Bowen will transition from the role to continue supporting ZEDRA as a non-executive director for Jersey and Guernsey, while also undertaking consultancy and advisory work.

"Cameron has made a material impact since joining ZEDRA, and I am confident he is well positioned to lead the next phase of our development in the Crown Dependencies,” group CEO, Dean Blackburn, said. “I would also like to thank Steven for his significant contribution and leadership.”

As ZEDRA celebrated its 10-year anniversary earlier this year, the Crown Dependencies, one of ZEDRA’s founding locations, continues to be a cornerstone region for the firm.
