ZEDRA Names New Chief People Officer

The new chief people officer has strategic clarity, commercial acumen, a collaborative leadership style, and a proven track record of building and nurturing high-performing teams.

ZEDRA, a global professional services provider, has appointed Aoife Habben as chief people officer.

Habben has more than two decades of experience in dynamic, high-growth environments, gained in senior HR leadership roles at Amazon, GE, and most recently at a private equity-backed fintech firm.

Based in London, she will move to ZEDRA’s Jersey office in early 2026.

“Her passion for people and deep expertise in building inclusive, high-performing cultures will be instrumental as we continue to support our employees and clients to achieve their ambitions,” Dean Blackburn, group CEO, said. “We know that when our people thrive, our clients succeed – and Aoife will play a key role in driving that vision forward.”

Habben’s appointment, which comes at a time of continuing global expansion for the business, follows a series of appointments to the executive committee. Among changes, it recently appointed a new chief financial officer.
