The international organisation has a new chief executive
ZEDRA, a global specialist provider of wealth, corporate and global expansion, funds and pension, and incentives services, has appointed Dean Blackburn (pictured) as its new CEO, based in Jersey. He will be taking over the helm from Ivo Hemelraad, who will become a non-executive director on the group holdings board.
Dean Blackburn
Blackburn, who joined the business as deputy CEO in September
2024, has more than 25 years of executive leadership experience
across the financial and professional services sectors. He
previously served as chief commercial officer and group head of
institutional client services at JTC.
Since a group of investors bought the trust businesses of
Barclays back in 2016 – and renamed it as ZEDRA – the
organisation has expanded. It has a team of more than 1,300
industry experts across 17 locations throughout the UK, Asia, the
Americas and Europe.
In February, ZEDRA named a
new chief financial officer, Tony DeBiase.
