Withers Hires Familiar Face To Private Client And Tax Team

The international law firm has bolstered its private client and tax team.
Withers has hired Jeremy Arnold, formerly of investment
management firm Waypoint Capital, to a newly-created partner
role within the firm's private client and tax team.
Arnold was originally an associate and partner at Withers from
1985 to 2006, following which he moved to Barclays Wealth. There,
he helped to establish the group's wealth advisory arm. Two years
later, he was appointed general counsel to Kedge Capital, which
became Waypoint Capital.
In his new position, Arnold will act in a senior
leadership role alongside other senior members of the team.
“As a senior member of our private client and tax team, Jeremy
will play an important part in developing the practice," said
Margaret Robertson, chief executive of Withers.
This publication is awaiting additional information on Arnold's
responsibilities at the firm, and will update in due course.
