UK-based Evelyn
Partners, a wealth manager entrusted with £69 billion ($92.73
billion) of assets under management, has appointed Emma Arnold
(pictured) as business development manager for the North West in
its outsourced investment services team.
Arnold, a qualified financial planner, started her career working in the mortgage advice market before moving into the wealth management sector. She has more than two decades of experience working in financial services. Arnold joins from Aberdeen where she was also business development manager for the North West.
Based in the Liverpool office, Arnold will report to Matthew Spencer, head of intermediaries. She will support the firm’s growth ambitions across the North West region, catering to the needs of the firm’s financial advisor clients with “award-winning investment propositions” and innovative solutions.
"I’m absolutely delighted to welcome someone of Emma’s calibre to the intermediaries team,” Spencer said. “She brings a strong track record, deep regional knowledge and a real understanding of advisor needs. Emma’s appointment underlines our commitment to continuing to invest in our intermediary proposition and strengthening relationships with financial advisers across the North West.”
In other news, in February, UK-listed NatWest Group announced that it is buying Evelyn Partners for £2.7 billion in enterprise value.
