The latest moves and appointments for wealth management roles in the UK, other parts of Europe, the Middle East and select international locations.

Wedlake Bell
Wedlake Bell has made a number of appointments: Jonathan Brinsden has joined as a partner from Broadfield Law along with Ben Brice, legal director, Preena Patel, associate, and and Sophie Peach, solicitor, who have also joined from Broadfield Law.

Brinsden spent more than 20 years at Broadfield Law, where he served as head of charities and built a market?leading practice. He is individually ranked as a Band 1 lawyer in Chambers UK for Charities, recognised for his regulatory expertise, pragmatic style and ability to advise some of the sector’s most high-profile organisations.

Wedlake Bell said it is introducing new capabilities for clients and can offer support across areas including governance and regulatory risk, constitutional frameworks, fundraising and operational compliance, and cross-border structuring.

“We are delighted to welcome Jonathan and team to the firm,” Martin Arnold, managing partner at Wedlake Bell, said. “Their arrival allows us to build on our current charities and not-for-profit offering. Expanding our practices across the firm to ensure that our clients can come to us for the full breadth of their needs sits at the heart of our growth strategy."
