Tyndall Investment Management
Tyndall
Investment Management a boutique wealth and fund manager, has
appointed Josephine Fay (pictured) as head of private client
distribution. Her appointment will reinforce Tyndall’s commitment
to fostering strong partnerships with law firms, accountancy
practices and intermediaries, the firm said in a statement.
Previously, Fay led the distribution channel for professional services at RBC Brewin Dolphin, where she developed relationships with intermediaries, including law firms, accountancy practices and family offices. Prior to this, she was a director of business development at Close Brothers Asset Management.
Fay started her career as a solicitor, practising latterly at Farrer & Co LLP, where she advised private clients on complex matrimonial disputes, often with an international element.
Allspring Global Investments
Allspring
Global Investments™, a global independent asset manager with
$629 billion in assets under management and advisement, has
appointed Andrew Epsom as head of insurance – international.
Based in London, he will report to Catherine McLaughlin, head of
Institutional – UK, Ireland and the Netherlands.
In this newly-created role, Epsom will lead Allspring’s international (ex US) insurance efforts, guiding the strategy to expand the company’s footprint across global insurance markets. He will be responsible for driving strategic engagements that address the unique regulatory and investment needs of insurers, as well as building new relationships and liaising with international teams to develop Allspring’s existing international insurance base.
Epsom has held senior positions at Mercer, Royal London Asset Management and Willis Towers Watson, where he led strategic initiatives across insurance investment and business development. A fellow of the Institute of Actuaries, Epsom earned a bachelor’s degree in mathematical statistics and operational research from the University of Exeter and completed the Investment Management Programme at the London Business School.
7IM
7IM has appointed Antony
Cockle as sales and development director. He is taking over from
Andrew Donald, who has played a key role in building and
strengthening the sales team over his 18 years with the business.
Cockle’s appointment, which is one of several strategic hires and promotions in recent months, reflects 7IM’s ambition to deliver market-leading solutions and services for advisors, powered by innovation, efficiency and outstanding client experience, the firm said in a statement.
In his new role, Cockle will be responsible for equipping the sales team with the tools, skills and frameworks they need to provide outstanding support to financial planners partnering with 7IM.
He has worked with the 7IM group of businesses since 2016 as an independent consultant, leading major people development programmes and providing coaching to improve collaboration and performance across the organisation. Cockle formally joined 7IM in May 2025 as consultant director of collaboration within the people and culture team.
Cockle has experience in organisational development, including working with startups and scale-ups and across the broader financial services sector.
Wealth Club
Wealth Club, a
UK-based investment service for high net worth and sophisticated
investors, has appointed Susannah Streeter as chief investment
strategist, effective 12 January 2026.
Based in the firm’s head office in Bristol, Streeter will be will be responsible for leading Wealth Club’s investment commentary across financial markets, explaining key economic and monetary trends affecting portfolios and helping investors uncover opportunities across venture capital trusts, EIS, single company investments, managed portfolios and private market funds. She will work with the investment research and marketing teams to expand content and commentary on key investment themes.
Previously, Streeter was head of money and markets for five years at Hargreaves Lansdown. Before that, she was at the BBC’s Economics and Business Unit as a senior correspondent and financial news anchor.

[Streeter] brings when talking about financial markets and what
is happening in the economy. She’ll continue doing what she does
best, but she’ll also help more people understand the huge
opportunities in private markets – whether that’s backing
exciting startups or investing in larger established businesses

Davies, Wealth Club’s founder and CEO said.
Rathbones
Rathbones has
appointed two former Cazenove Capital portfolio directors, James
Hall and Daniel Curtis as investment directors.
The men will work in Rathbones’ Investment Management division, supporting independent financial advisors, private clients, trusts and charities.
With more than 25 years’ experience, Hall is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments (Chartered FCSI) and is a specialist in structured products, which he led at Cazenove. He worked at Cazenove for 18 years in private client portfolio management; Previously, he worked for Schroders and BNY Mellon.
Curtis, also a Chartered FCSI, manages investment portfolios
for private clients, trusts, and charities. He has worked at
Cazenove for nearly 12 years in a range of senior portfolio
management roles. Curtis started his career at Brewin
Dolphin as an assistant investment manager in its Newcastle
office.
Impax Asset Management

Asset Management has appointed Stuart White (pictured below)
as executive director, Business Development, effective 2
January.
Stuart White
In this newly-created role based in London, White will be responsible for co-ordinating the company’s strategy and business development, initiating and managing client partnerships and leading the evolution of Impax’s systematic equities commercial strategy. White reports to Impax’s founder and chief executive, Ian Simm, and will sit on Impax’s management committee.
Prior to Impax, White spent the last five years as chief executive officer, UK, at HSBC Asset Management leading a business unit with circa £150 billion ($202.6 billion) of assets under management. During his 15-year career at the company he served in a number of roles, including chief executive officer, International; global head of strategy, M&A and chief of staff; and head of UK Institutional. Previously he held senior business development positions at Insight Investment and Threadneedle Investments. White is a non-executive board director of the National Employment Saving Trust Corporation (NEST), the UK government’s workplace pension scheme.
“Stuart is an impressive professional, with proven experience in driving profitable business growth and developing strategic partnerships across both institutional and wholesale client segments,” Simm said. “His background also makes him an ideal leader to spearhead our strategy to grow our systematic equities product suite, an area where we are seeing increasing interest from clients.”
Founded in 1998 and with £26.1 billion of assets under management and about 100 investment professionals within listed equities, fixed income and private markets, Impax says it is one of the largest specialist investors focused on the transition to a more sustainable economy.
St James’s Place
London-headquartered St James’s
Place has appointed Lea Blinoff as director of investment
solutions.
Blinoff will be responsible for leading investment activity for SJP’s tax-advantaged propositions, developing portfolio offerings across channels and overseeing the firm’s discretionary fund management trading function.
Blinoff has more than 25 years of experience across wealth management, investment solutions and risk management. Her career spans senior leadership roles at global banks, fintech platforms and regulated institutions. Most recently, she was co-founder and deputy CEO at Vestrata, where she designed the firm’s investment strategy and integrated scalable platforms for private banks and wealth managers globally. Blinoff’s expertise spans asset allocation, portfolio construction, bespoke mandates, fund selection, trading oversight, and investment compliance.
Prior to that, she held senior positions at Credit Suisse, HSBC Private Bank and JP Morgan, leading investment solutions, UHNW client coverage and governance functions across multiple regions. Blinoff also serves as an independent non-executive director in financial services and higher education, with responsibilities in audit, risk, and investment oversight.
Aviva Investors
Aviva
Investors, the global asset management business of Aviva, has
appointed James Southern as business development director within
the firm’s UK Wealth team, based in London. He will report to
Jerome Nunan, head of UK Wealth.
This is a newly created role and follows on from the appointments of Hayley Randall (head of UK Advisory Distribution) and James Clark (strategic partners director) in 2025, the firm said in a statement.
Southern, who has more than 25 years of experience in the investment sector, will oversee the firm’s relationships with discretionary clients, helping the business raise its profile with UK-based discretionary fund managers, private banks and family offices.
Previously, for the past seven years, he was head of financial institutions at UBS Asset Management. He was a sales director at both Mirabaud Asset Management and Sanlam FOUR Investments; he has also held various positions at Allianz Global Investors, Legg Mason Investment and Fidelity Investments over the course of his career.
StateSquare Capital
Singapore-headquartered StateSquare
Capital, a private equity firm, has appointed Jonathan Ma as
a partner to lead its European business. He will also become a
member of StateSquare Capital’s investment committee.
Ma, who has 18 years of private equity experience, was previously a partner at Inflexion Private Equity, where he spent the past decade investing in mid-market businesses across Europe. During his time at Inflexion, Ma worked closely with entrepreneurial founders and management teams across a variety of sectors, supporting the development and international expansion of high-quality businesses through buy-and-build strategies and long-term value creation initiatives.
At StateSquare Capital, Ma will be responsible for building and leading the firm’s European investment platform, sourcing and executing new investments, and supporting portfolio companies in scaling their operations globally. As an investment committee member, he will also play a key role in shaping the firm’s overall investment decisions and strategy.
