FJ has also joined the IAFCI Board, supporting the development of Investec’s asset finance offering across the Crown Dependencies.

IAFCI’s team, which has operated in the Crown Dependencies since 2017, works from offices in Guernsey, Jersey and the Isle of Man. The team works with privately owned companies to support business growth and provide stability through tailored funding solutions that help manage cash flow, reduce upfront costs and finance essential equipment.

“FJ’s appointment is a clear commitment to support the range of specialist finance solutions available to our clients across the Crown Dependencies,” Jane Niles, CEO, Investec Bank (Channel Islands), said. “Investec has built a strong presence in the islands over more than two decades, and I have no doubt that FJ will bring real value to our clients, capabilities and team as we continue our investment in local capabilities and client proposition.”

Schroders
Schroders, a London-headquartered asset manager, has appointed Tom Stephens as its first head of exchange-traded funds (ETFs), effective 5 January 2026

His remit will be to drive the firm’s expansion in response to client demand for actively-managed solutions in this fast-growing space. This will include building and executing Schroders’ global ETF strategy across product, infrastructure, distribution and client engagement, the firm said in a statement.
