Natixis
Investment Managers has promoted Constance Clerc to head of
business enhancement. Based in Paris, she will report to Fabrice
Chemouny, Natixis IM head of international distribution.
In this newly created position, Clerc will play a strategic role in driving the business functions supporting Natixis IM’s international distribution efforts and that of its 15-plus investment affiliates. She will be responsible for overseeing product, marketing, RFP as well as international product-legal teams.
Clerc, who joined Natixis IM in September 2016, has worked in various capacities, most recently as head of strategy and sales management for international distribution. Prior to this, she spent six years in management consulting with BearingPoint advising banks and insurers on their retail distribution strategy. Clerc started her career at Oddo & Cie in corporate development.
“Over the course of her seven years with the firm, Constance has demonstrated a deep understanding of the business and its strategic priorities and what is required to deliver excellent service to clients,” Chemouny said.

JM Finn has promoted
Todd Babington to head of operations following the retirement of
Frank Reardon.
Reardon had served as head of operations for the company for 21 years, prior to his recent retirement, the firm said in a statement. Reardon was a member of the firm’s Operations, Transaction reporting, CASS and Operational Risk committees. He also sat on external committees during his career, most recently, the PIMFA Operations Committee.
Babington, who assumed the role on Frank’s retirement, has been with the firm for five years. He initially joined as trade operations manager in 2018 following previous roles at Arbuthnot Latham and HSBC Private Bank during his 17-year career, the firm continued.
“We are hugely grateful to Frank for instilling a team-based and diligent approach to our investment operations, which has helped us develop a high-quality administrative function. His experience and knowledge of the industry has helped us for many years and we wish him well in his retirement.
