GAM Investments has appointed Francesca Contini (pictured) as client manager in its UK wholesale distribution team. She joins the team led by Steven Williams, head of UK distribution, and will work alongside Adeyemi Thomas and Tony Morton to support financial advisors, platforms and discretionary managers across the UK.

Contini, who has more than 10 years of experience in the financial service industry, has a track record in client servicing and business development within asset management, the firm said in a statement. She will work with GAM’s investment and client servicing teams to help clients identify relevant strategies and navigate complex markets with confidence.

Contini was previously at Pzena Investment Management, where she progressed from a sales support role to a client-facing position, advising intermediary clients.
