Who’s Moving Where In Wealth Management? – Forsters, Investec Bank

The latest moves and appointments for wealth management roles in the UK, other parts of Europe, the Middle East and select international locations.
Forsters
London-based legal practice Forsters has promoted six partners and four counsel with effect from 1 April 2026.
The newly-promoted partners are:
Alex Tamosius – Private Client. He rejoined Forsters in 2021, after working at the firm first from 2014 to 2019. He advises individuals and their holding structures with economic and personal interests inside and outside the UK on how to optimise their UK tax exposure, while balancing broader concerns such as asset protection, succession planning, and family governance. He also specialises in disputes with HMRC and the taxation of digital assets.
Andrew McEwan – Commercial Real Estate. McEwan trained at Forsters, qualifying into CRE in 2014. He has a broad range of experience acting for developers and investors in a variety of real estate sectors, including significant infrastructure projects, industrial, mixed-use and residential developments.
Danielle Crawford – Employment and Partnerships. Crawford advises employers and individuals on a wide range of employment and partnership issues. Her experience includes HR advisory work, investigations into complex whistleblowing complaints, settlement negotiations, dismissals, partnerships disputes and supporting clients with mediation and litigation. She joined Forsters in 2024 from Winckworth Sherwood, where she trained and qualified into the employment team.
Rebecca Bion – Private Client. Bion trained at Forsters, qualifying into the private client team in 2017. Her varied clientele includes UK-resident and domiciled individuals, landed estates, charities, large families, executors and trustees on all aspects of estate and succession planning, tax, trust and probate matters.
Richard Spring – Construction. Spring joined Forsters in 2012 and advises on all types of construction documentation for developments and refurbishments, as well as in relation to acquisitions and disposals. He has a particular interest in residential, student accommodation and hotel projects, acting for developers and investors, and has extensive experience advising in relation to retail and office schemes, and is recognised as a go to advisor.
Ryan Didcock – Real Estate Disputes. Didcock advises on a broad range of property disputes with specialism in residential matters. He joined us in 2021 from Mishcon de Reya, and has experience covering a broad range of matters, including landlord and tenant, forfeiture and possession, the Party Wall Act 1996, fire safety and cladding disputes, claims in trespass, nuisance and negligence, boundaries, and adverse possession. In particular, he has developed experience acting for large institutional landlords in relation to complex service charge, breach of covenant and fire safety disputes.
The newly-promoted counsel are:
Aimee Dooley-Cox – Private Client is recognised in the 2025 eprivateclient NextGen Leaders list, She advises on high value, complex probate matters, with specialist expertise in international estates and cross border administration.
Charlotte Youngs – Commercial Real Estate is experienced in a broad range of commercial property work, as well as advising clients on transactions relating to complex mixed-use developments particularly within the affordable housing sector.
Georgina Haddon – Residential Property acts for domestic and international clients on a range of residential property transactions, including acquisitions and disposals of prime and super prime property, secured lending, landlord and tenant advice and luxury developments.
Lorna Dolan – Commercial Real Estate advises a wide range of clients on a full spectrum of commercial real estate transactions, in particular on occupiers within the media, publishing, professional services and banking sectors.
Investec Bank (Channel Islands)
Investec Bank (Channel Islands) has appointed David Monks as senior relationship manager in Jersey for Investec Asset Finance (Channel Islands) Limited (IAFCI), supporting the continued growth of Investec’s asset finance offering across the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.
Monks, who has more than 20 years of experience in lending, most recently led Black Horse’s offices in Jersey and Guernsey, building relationships with businesses across the islands. At Investec, he will work with corporate clients to understand what they need to fund and help structure asset finance that supports both day-to-day requirements and longer-term growth plans.
“He brings deep local knowledge and the ability to build long term relationships. We support both individuals and businesses, and David strengthens our capability to deliver funding that is practical, responsive and tailored to what clients are trying to achieve,” FJ Eigelaar, managing director, IAFCI, said.
Alongside Monk’s appointment, and as a result of FJ Eigelaar being announced as managing director for Investec’s Asset Finance business in the Channel Islands, Robin Clayton has moved into a part-time executive director role to support business growth. Clayton established the asset finance business in the Channel Islands and will continue to work with the team on business development and commercial opportunities across the islands.
Investec is continuing to invest in its local teams, including recent senior appointments in Jersey’s private client business, with Rob Duarte joining as high net worth private client business developer and Alex Macaione appointed as a relationship manager, working alongside relationship manager Susie Ryan as part of the private clients team led by Emily Dawson, head of private clients.
Investec Asset Finance (Channel Islands) Limited has operated in the Crown Dependencies since April 2017, with teams in Guernsey, Jersey and the Isle of Man. Investec has been present in the Channel Islands for more than 25 years, supporting clients with private banking, tailored lending and specialist finance.
