The latest moves and appointments for wealth management roles in the UK, and other parts of Europe, the Middle East and select international locations.

UK-based wealth management firm Evelyn Partners,
which became part of NatWest Group this year, has appointed Aaron
McLoughlin (pictured) as partner in financial planning, reporting
directly to Mark Wilkins, managing partner for the Southampton
office..
McLoughlin joins after five years at James Hambro & Partners, where he was director of financial planning. He has nearly 15 years' experience of delivering private client and wealth management advice. Previously, he worked at Rathbones and Kleinwort Benson. As a Chartered Financial Planner, Trust and Estate Practitioner (STEP), and taxation technician who is progressing towards Chartered Tax Adviser status, McLoughlin has a particularly strong technical background, Evelyn Partners said.

Raymond
James Wealth Management has welcomed wealth management
professionals John Willis, Myles Tunstall and David Morrell as
part of the next phase of its UK growth strategy, with the trio
joining the firm to launch and lead Raymond James, Chester.
They have joined from Quilter, bringing more than 60 years of combined experience in investment management and financial planning. Based at The Steam Mill, Chester, they will provide integrated wealth management services to individuals, families, trusts, charities and business owners across Chester, Cheshire and the wider North West.

Aviva
Investors, the global asset management business of Aviva has appointed two senior
hires to join the firm’s equity team: Luciano Lilloy and Duncan
Bulgin.
Lilloy is joining as head of sustainable equities, a newly-created role which will involve him in furthering the development of the firm’s sustainable equities capabilities. He will also become a named portfolio manager on the Global Climate Equity Strategy. Previously from Impax Asset Management, Lilloy brings significant experience in sustainable and thematic investing, the firm said in a statement.
Bulgin, who is joining from GAM Investments, has more than 20 years of investment experience as an analyst and portfolio manager, including senior leadership roles at both GAM Investments and Newton Investment Management. In addition to his role as head of equity research, Bulgin will also oversee global commodities research.
Bulgin is succeeding Max Burns, who will be retiring later this year after a phased transition. As part of the transition, Harsharan Mann will be named co-portfolio manager of the Global Core Strategy, and Lilloy will assume Burns’ portfolio management responsibilities for the Global Climate Equity Strategy.
In addition to the arrival of Bulgin and Lilloy, Aviva Investors has united its equities capabilities under a single leadership structure. As part of these changes, the index investments team will also move into the equities business, led by Nicholette MacDonald-Brown who joined the firm as global head of active equities in September 2025.
“We’re very excited to begin working with them both to further evolve our Equity offering, to ensure we are providing the best possible solutions and outcomes for our clients,” MacDonald-Brown, said. “Luciano and Duncan both bring with them vast industry experience and knowledge that will complement the existing expertise within portfolio management and research teams.

Suzanne Todd, a partner in Withers' London family law
team has been nominated as global president of the International
Academy of Family Lawyers (IAFL) with effect from 5 September
2026. She will carry out the role alongside her legal practice.
IAFL is a worldwide association of family lawyers dedicated to improving the practice of law and the administration of justice through family law. Founded in 1986, IAFL now has over 1,090 members across 127 distinct legal jurisdictions and provides a unique network for education and the referral of matters, as well as working on law reform around the world. Alongside nominating Todd as president, IAFL is celebrating its 40th anniversary this year.
Todd has been an active member of the IAFL since she joined in 2011, taking on several roles during her time with the organisation including joining the IAFL executive committee in 2020 as secretary. She will serve as president for 12 months, and hand over to her successor at the close of the annual meeting in Mumbai in September 2027.
Todd is a prominent family lawyer in the London market, advising on complex international financial remedy matters, often with an emphasis on Italy, multi-jurisdictional pre-nups and private international child and family matters including surrogacy. She is also a practising mediator and collaborative lawyer, which enables her to provide an array of alternative dispute resolution options to clients who wish to resolve disputes out of court.
Her clients include global household names in the business and entertainment world, internationally mobile professionals (often the female breadwinner), the motor sport industry and their partners. She works with founders, senior City professionals, international families directly and with their general counsel through their family offices.
