Who’s Moving Where In Wealth Management? – Cazenove Capital, Forsters, WTW, Others

The latest moves and appointments for wealth management roles in the UK, other parts of Europe, the Middle East and select international locations.

Cazenove Capital
Cazenove Capital, the high net worth wealth management business of UK-based Schroders, has appointed Ines Ingabire (pictured below) as portfolio director. She will work with ultra-high net worth clients and advisors to bring together Cazenove Capital and Schroders Family Office Service’s sustainability, impact and philanthropy capabilities.

Ines Ingabire

Ingabire was previously a wealth manager at Tribe Impact Capital, helping clients to “invest with purpose,” the firm said in a statement. Prior to her time at Tribe, she worked at Seven Investment Management (7IM) and HSBC Asset Management.

Outside of her role, she supports organisations engaged in social and climate justice, youth empowerment and women’s entrepreneurship in emerging economies. Cazenove said that her in-depth experience in these areas would be a tremendous asset as it continues to evolve and expand its impact offering.

“Clients are increasingly stepping back and asking deeper questions about their wealth, moving beyond how it performs, and looking at the impact it has, what it makes possible, and the legacy it leaves for future generations,” Ingabire said.

“Ines brings a strong track record of working with clients who want their wealth to reflect their values and ambitions for positive change,” Clare Anderson, head of Schroders Family Office Service, said. “We have over £13 billion ($17.32 billion) in assets invested in line with clients’ ethical, sustainability and impact objectives and are delighted to have Ines join the team as we continue to focus on delivering innovative, values-led wealth solutions for our clients.”

Forsters
London-based law firm Forsters has appointed Colin Morgan as a partner in its banking and finance team, effective in April 2026.

Morgan has more than 30 years’ experience advising investors and lenders in relation to domestic and international real estate investment and development finance transactions. Previously, he was a partner at Macfarlanes, where he led the growth of the firm’s real estate finance practice for more than 15 years.

Morgan advises across real estate finance, with particular expertise in lender-side work, private credit, investment and development finance. He acts for UK and international banks, alternative lenders, family offices and private investors.

“Colin is a highly regarded name in real estate finance and a lawyer of exceptional calibre,” Simon Collins, partner and head of banking and finance at Forsters, said. “His arrival is a significant boost for our banking and finance practice, bringing deep market experience, strong client relationships and real momentum as we continue to grow our lender and private capital offering. We are absolutely delighted that he will be joining us.”

WTW
The investment arm of Nasdaq-listed WTW has appointed Sophia Sednaoui as a senior director in its GB Wealth and Retail Investments team.

Sednaoui brings nearly a decade of experience across leading investment management firms in the UK wealth market. Before joining WTW, she was head of investor relations at CG Asset Management, following more than six years at Carmignac where she served in several senior roles including business development director for the UK intermediary and institutional channels.

WTW Investments, part of WTW, has more than 900 colleagues worldwide, more than 1,000 investment clients globally, assets under advisory of over $3.4 trillion and $188 billion of assets under management.

Investec
Investec Bank (Channel Islands) has appointed Ben Horne to Investec Asset Finance (Channel Islands) in the Isle of Man.

Horne will be working with Isle of Man motor dealerships and their clients, supporting asset finance requirements in the local market. His appointment also supports the continued development of the team’s Isle of Man business, with Mark Davenport shifting his focus towards corporate asset financing needs.

Horne has worked for two decades in banking and asset finance, Investec said.
