Who’s Moving Where In Wealth Management? – Brown Advisory, Evelyn Partners, Quanta Group

The latest moves and appointments for wealth management roles in the UK, other parts of Europe, the Middle East and select international locations.
Brown Advisory
Brown
Advisory has appointed Nick Kirrage (main picture) as a
partner and portfolio manager based in the firm’s London office,
with immediate effect.
He will lead two new equity strategies: Global Value and International Value. Kirrage, who has more than two decades of investment experience to Brown Advisory, was most recently head of global value at Schroders.
“We are very excited to welcome Nick to Brown Advisory,” Logie Fitzwilliams, co-CEO and partner at Brown Advisory, said. “He joins at a time when we are seeing increasing appetite from our clients for concentrated global and international value strategies, and we believe that he is the best person to lead these two new strategies for the firm.”
Alongside Kirrage’s appointment, and expanding on its existing global equity research platform, the firm is assembling a dedicated investment team in London to support these two new strategies.
Brown Advisory has a history and culture of organically building investment teams. For example, Mick Dillon and Bertie Thomson joined a decade ago to lead the firm’s Global Leaders Strategy.

billion) of assets under management, has appointed Sukaina
Karim-Hussein as director, financial planning, and Hector Millar
as associate director, chartered financial planner, in the London
office.
Karim-Hussein (pictured below), who has eight years of experience in the wealth management industry, has joined from Coutts, where she spent almost three years advising entrepreneurs on pre- and post-exit planning, particularly female founders. She also draws on her own entrepreneurial experience in the commercial and residential property sector.

Separately, Millar (pictured below) spent eight years at City-based financial planning firm London Wall Partners. He specialises in working with City professionals, particularly partners of Magic Circle law firms, helping clients with complex financial objectives particularly clients needing retirement planning and preparing for life beyond work.

Quanta Group
Quanta Group, a
next-generation financial services group, has appointed Graeme de
Moor and Mark Sutton to join its leadership team, effective 3
November 2025.
De Moor (pictured below), who has been appointed as group chief financial officer, has more than 20 years of global experience across asset management, wealth, and fintech.

He was previously CFO at Moneyfarm, a digital wealth manager, During his tenure, he guided Moneyfarm through a period of rapid growth, including the acquisition and integration of Willis Owen. Before that, de Moor served in senior financial leadership roles with T Rowe Price and Schroders, working in Europe, the US, Asia Pacific, and Africa where he gained experience in international financial operations and strategic growth.
Sutton (pictured below) is joining as group chief risk officer. As an experienced senior executive, he has expertise in governance, risk management, compliance, and regulatory affairs within the financial services sector.

He spent seven years as group CRO at St James’s Place, where he helped strengthen its risk culture and advised leaders through regulatory and business transformation initiatives. Previously at PricewaterhouseCoopers for more than 15 years, he is a qualified chartered accountant who advised firms across the retail and wholesale financial services sectors on improving risk management practices and regulatory compliance.
