Who’s Moving Where In Wealth Management? – Alltrust, Hawksford, Aventur

The latest moves and appointments for wealth management roles in the UK, other parts of Europe, the Middle East and select international locations.
Alltrust
Alltrust, a UK-based
provider of trustee and administration services for Self-Invested
Personal Pensions (SIPPs) and Small Self-Administered Schemes
(SSAS), has appointed Liz Ramsaran as legal director.
In her new role, Ramsaran will lead Alltrust’s legal function, supporting the business as it continues to grow and strengthening its governance, regulatory engagement and member protection across its SIPP, Family Pension Trust and SSAS propositions, the firm said in a statement.
Ramsaran, who has more than 15 years’ experience in pensions law, has advised at firms including CMS, Ashurst, DWF and PwC. Since qualifying in 2013, she has developed a specialism in advising pension providers on personal and occupational pension schemes.
Her experience covers trust and pensions law, trust documentation, member engagement and communication, transfers and member disputes, regulatory engagement, and the structure, governance and reporting of pension arrangements. This breadth aligns closely with Alltrust’s bespoke, service-led approach to trusteeship and administration.
Hawksford
Jersey-based Hawksford, a global service
provider, has appointed Olavo Guimaraes (pictured) as business
development manager – LatAm, based in Sao Paulo.
As part of the firm’s global solutions team, Guimaraes will have responsibility for fostering and enhancing Hawksford’s brand awareness across Brazil and the wider LatAm region by building strong commercial connections with strategic partners. These include law firms, investment bankers, international tax consultants, asset managers and family offices, as well as corporate clients seeking multi-jurisdictional solutions. In addition to leading business development efforts in the corporate space across Brazil and the wider LatAm market, he will be a contact for private client and funds related business development activity in the region.
With more than two decades of experience in cross-border M&A, investment banking, corporate finance and business development, Guimaraes has particular expertise in supporting clients in identifying and solving complex multi-jurisdictional needs. He also is experienced in supporting businesses with cross-border growth strategies.
Guimaraes was formerly a partner of M&A advisory, corporate finance boutiques and a prominent Brazilian corporate law firm.
“Olavo’s appointment reflects our commitment to supporting
clients across key growth markets and, in particular, providing
critical support to our growing corporate client base in LatAm,”
Nik Zhukov, managing director, global solutions, Hawksford,
said. “It is a clear part of our strategy to ensure we have
in-depth knowledge and capability in the markets where our
clients need it, and Olavo’s appointment is evidence of that
approach.”
