Who's Moving Where In Wealth Management? – VG, Lawrence Stephens

The latest wealth management moves and appointments in the UK, rest of Europe, the Middle East and select international locations.
VG
VG, a provider of trust,
corporate and fund administration solutions, has strengthened its
private wealth team with the appointment of Wendy Inns as a
director within the team, subject to regulatory approval.
Inns, who brings more than 25 years of experience, is joining
from Jersey-based trust company Hawksford, where she was a
director for five years working with high profile clients.
Inns' knowledge of working with high net worth and ultra-high net
worth clients stems from her previous roles as associate director
at former trust company Minerva, alongside roles at Ogier and a
number of global banks, the firm said.
The recent strengthening builds on a wave of new private wealth
business at VG, with inquiries rising by more than 60 per cent in
the past year, the firm explained. Inns and her team will work
alongside the wider private wealth teams to continue the
business’s growth trajectory.
Joining Inns' newly-formed team, VG has welcomed Katherine
Heddercott who will work alongside her as an assistant manager.
Heddercott, who has 16 years’ experience in the trust industry,
is joining from Hawksford, where she worked alongside Inns for
five years, the firm added. Her team will be enhanced by the
relocation of senior trust officer, Samantha Bohan, who has been
part of the wider private wealth team at VG for several
years.
“The past year has seen the private wealth offering at VG ride a
strong wave of increased demand, and the hires signal our intent
to further VG’s position as a leading provider of private wealth
services,” Iain Mason, managing director at VG, said. Established
in 1982 and based in Jersey, VG is a large privately-owned
provider of trust, corporate and fund administration solutions.
