Who's Moving Where In Wealth Management? – Vanguard, Hoxton Wealth

The latest moves, appointments and personnel changes for wealth management in the UK, Europe, Middle East and select international jurisdictions.
Vanguard
Vanguard, the
US-headquartered asset management giant, has appointed Gillian
Hepburn (pictured) as head of adviser solutions, UK. She will
report to Doug Abbott, head of UK client group, and will join the
UK distribution leadership team.

Hepburn will be responsible for driving the development of
Vanguard’s Model Portfolio Services (MPS), managing strategic
relationships with platform partners, and overseeing the
evolution of the broader adviser solutions offer.
The business works with more than 5,000 advisor firms in the UK,
who entrust £150 billion ($200.2 billion) to Vanguard’s mutual
funds, multi-asset solutions, Model Portfolio Services and
ETFs.
Hoxton Wealth
International advisory firm Hoxton Wealth has made
two senior hires (pictured below) to bolster its UK team in the
London office, which was opened earlier this year.
Katherine Rabaiotti Jamie McNish
Katherine Rabaiotti is joining from Titan Wealth as director of compliance. Prior to that she served in senior roles at Fairstone and Quilter.
Jamie McNish has been appointed as Hoxton’s regional director for London; previously he headed up a St James’s Place office in the capital.
“Katherine and Jamie are genuine leaders that have a proven track record in their respective areas of expertise,” Hoxton Wealth CEO, Chris Ball said. “Our new London office is quickly becoming a centre of excellence, where we are attracting extremely talented people to, in many cases from larger competitors, become part of something that we believe, is very special.”
Hoxton’s director of revenue, Oliver Gorman, added: “Bringing in high-calibre leaders like Katherine and Jamie raises the bar for our management team. I’ve no doubt they’ll make a huge impact and be highly successful within Hoxton.”
