IQ-EQ
IQ-EQ, an investor
services group, has promoted Jersey-based Marisa Warren to
regional head of onboarding and implementation for the UK,
Ireland, and the Crown Dependencies.
In her new role, Warren will take on a wider regional remit
encompassing the UK, Ireland, Guernsey and the Isle of Man –
stepping up from her former, dual role of client services
director and head of the UK onboarding and implementation team,
the firm said. She has returned to her native Jersey after seven
years in London and will lead the transformation and automation
of IQ-EQ’s client onboarding experience across the region for all
business lines and service segments.
Warren has over 20 years of experience in working in the
financial services industry, including client operations, client
relationship management, risk management, and oversight of
outsourcing arrangements, the firm stressed. She has also been a
director on both the client and employer boards.
Warren will report directly to John Dunn, regional COO for the
UK, Ireland and Crown Dependencies. Welcoming her promotion, he
said: “It is a newly-created position within the business,
representative of the ongoing success and growth of our
operations across the UK, Ireland and Crown Dependencies.”
IQ-EQ is an investor services group which provides a range
of compliance, administration, asset and advisory services to
fund managers, multinational companies, family offices and
private clients worldwide, with assets under administration
exceeding $500 billion.
