Evelyn
Partners, the wealth and professional services group,
has appointed Harrison Boar as a financial planner in
its Chelmsford office.
Boar (pictured) was previously at Fisher Investments where he spent nine years as a private client advisor. During his time there, he specialised in advising high net worth clients on a range of financial planning areas. Boar is a chartered member of the CISI.

Spring Capital Partners
Spring
Capital Partners has appointed Delphine Kadel as managing
director, Germany and Austria, and Christian Nilsson as managing
director, Nordics.
Kadel is joining from Jupiter Asset Management, where for six years she worked with asset allocators as sales director, discretionary and, most recently, as sales director, institutional clients. She spent almost a decade at Blackrock as director of sales. Kadel started her career in 2000 as a senior fund analyst with FERI Trust GmbH, based in Bad Homburg, the firm said in a statement.
Nilsson is joining from William Blair IM, where he was head of Nordic distribution. With a career in asset management spanning more than 20 years, Nilsson worked for Morgan Stanley Investment Management with responsibility for distribution in the Nordic region and Luxembourg. He was also a managing director with Aviva Investors, with distribution and investor relations responsibilities for the Nordic region, the Baltics, and Luxembourg.
“We have wanted to bring the expertise of our fund manager partners - Chelverton Asset Management, CrossBorder Capital, Evenlode Investment Management, and Zennor Asset Management – to the attention of buyers in other markets for some time and, as such, have moved to appoint two highly experienced distribution professionals," Justin Eede, director at Spring Capital Partners said. "Delphine and Christian will work to build the profile in Northern Europe – in Germany, Austria, and the Nordics respectively. We are delighted to have both on board as we invest in the next phase of our development as an independent distribution partner to several outstanding boutiques.”
Founded in 2004, Spring Capital is an independent funds distribution partner to boutique asset managers. The business provides sales, marketing, and client services for several fund management boutiques.
Ostrum Asset Management
Ostrum
Asset Management, an affiliate of Natixis Investment
Managers, has appointed Paris-based Axel Botte as head of markets
strategy. He was previously the global strategist in the same
team.
Botte will head the markets strategy team, which includes Zouhoure Bousbih, emerging countries strategist and Aline Goupil-Raguénès, developed countries strategist, both members of the team since 2018. The firm said that it is currently recruiting for a new global strategist to replace Botte's former role.
Botte reports to Ibrahima Kobar, CIO of fixed income, structuring and research, and member of Ostrum AM's executive committee, the firm said in a statement.
Within Ostrum AM, the main missions of the markets strategy team are to establish a macroeconomic, economic and financial scenario to support the active fundamental management teams in their strategy and asset allocation recommendations, as well as to provide top-down internal research to support the managers' convictions.
Botte, who started his career in 2000 at Axa IM, was appointed head of fixed income strategy in the investment strategy department of the management company in 2007, the firm said. In 2010, Botte joined Ostrum AM as a global strategist working with the fixed income teams on specific themes, such as interest rates, developed market government bonds, inflation-linked bonds and credit.
