Davies Consulting Division
Davies Consulting Division, formerly known as Sionic, has appointed Ricky Maloney and David Rose as partners in the global relationship management team and Allen Lewis as a partner in the banking and markets team.

Rose has spent 17 years working for global staffing firm Robert Half, including a three-year stint at its sister company Protiviti UK as vice president of financial services.

Maloney spent a year in the asset and wealth management practice at Davies Consulting Division. Before joining the firm, he served in various roles across the financial services sector.

Lewis is joining following a 20-year career working for JP Morgan Chase, BNY Mellon and General Motors Asset Management.

Suntera Global
Suntera Global has appointed James Harries (pictured below) as head of mergers and acquisitions, as the firm eyes potential targets for M&A expansion.

Before joining Suntera, Harries worked at a private equity backed payments and software business in their corporate development function, where he worked across M&A and post-merger integration. Previously, Harries spent seven years working in investment banking in London.

In 2023 Suntera acquired Guernsey-based boutique fund, corporate and private wealth services provider Carey Commercial Limited, while in 2022 it bought Socium Fund Services in the US and Nedgroup Trust in Guernsey and Jersey, following the acquisition of NeoTrust in Luxembourg.
