Davies
Consulting Division, formerly known as Sionic, has appointed
Ricky Maloney and David Rose as partners in the global
relationship management team and Allen Lewis as a partner in the
banking and markets team.
Rose has spent 17 years working for global staffing firm Robert
Half, including a three-year stint at its sister company
Protiviti UK as vice president of financial services.
Maloney spent a year in the asset and wealth management practice
at Davies Consulting Division. Before joining the firm, he served
in various roles across the financial services sector.
Lewis is joining following a 20-year career working for JP
Morgan Chase, BNY Mellon and General Motors Asset
Management.
Suntera Global
Suntera
Global has appointed James Harries (pictured below) as head
of mergers and acquisitions, as the firm eyes potential targets
for M&A expansion.
Before joining Suntera, Harries worked at a private equity backed
payments and software business in their corporate
development function, where he worked across M&A and
post-merger integration. Previously, Harries spent seven years
working in investment banking in London.
In 2023 Suntera acquired Guernsey-based boutique fund, corporate
and private wealth services provider Carey Commercial Limited,
while in 2022 it bought Socium Fund Services in the US and
Nedgroup Trust in Guernsey and Jersey, following the acquisition
of NeoTrust in Luxembourg.
