Who's Moving Where In Wealth Management? - Redington, Valour

The latest moves in wealth management from across Europe and the UK.
Redington
Mitesh Sheth, outgoing chief executive of UK investment
consultancy Redington, has been awarded
an MBE in the Queen’s New Year Honours list for services to
diversity and inclusion within the financial services sector.
Sheth, who stepped back from his CEO role after eight years at
the firm, has long been an influential force championing
inclusion and diversity across financial services.
The firm said it was one of the first in the sector to
“dramatically” cut its gender pay gap – it has a mean gender pay
gap of 4.9 per cent, and bonus pay gap of 3.5 per cent (lower
than the industry average pay gap of 30 per cent, according to
PricewaterhouseCoopers).
Valour
Valour, a Swiss issuer
of exchange-listed financial products, today said that Tommy
Fransson has taken up the role of chief executive, after having
been appointed in November last year. He is taking over from
Diana Biggs, who will become chief strategy officer at DeFi
Technologies, Valour’s parent company.
Established in 2019 and based in Zug, Valour is a wholly owned
subsidiary of DeFi.
