Druces
London law firm, Druces, promoted this week Jack Dervyn to partner in its corporate team.

Dervyn joined Druces in 2019 and established himself within the capital markets arena, often acting as lead adviser to some of Druces’ key clients across the Main Market, AIM and the Aquis Stock Exchange, the firm said in a statement.

The natural resources sector, alongside tech and corporate finance, are where he has made a particular name for himself of late, with clients frequently commenting on his mix of technical and personal skills.

Welcoming the move, Druces’ head of corporate, Chris Axford said: “News of Jack’s promotion will come as no surprise to any of his clients, nor indeed colleagues. It is a well-deserved step-up to partnership for one of Druces’ next generation of leaders; we are all celebrating with Jack today.”

Dervyn added: “I am delighted to round off the year with this next step in my career, joining the partnership at Druces. Heading into 2023, all the signs are that we are approaching another busy period and I look forward to reconnecting with clients and colleagues in the New Year.”
